Early access FAQ

Thanks for your interest in Synura early access!

Synura is an app designed to help you plan, create, and publish videos collaboratively. We want to help you tell your story to the world through video.

Our early access launch changelog entry has a good overview of the launch capabilities of the product at the beginning of early access.

What is early access?

We’ve opened up early access for anyone to sign up and start playing with the product. Our goal with letting people onto the platform is to find out what you like and don’t like about the product and improve it. Because of that, we’d love to hear from you, good or bad, on what you’re seeing.

If there’s something you want in the product, there’s a good chance that we can add it pretty quickly. So please keep the lines of communication open and we’ll build something great together.

How to sign up

To sign up, visit console.synura.com and follow the sign-up flow. No special validation, invitation, or access key is needed.

How to get help or give feedback

Product feedback is the most important part of running early access, and there are a few different ways you can get in touch with us:

  • You can always email us at any time at contact@synura.com and we’ll reply as soon as we can.
  • We maintain a public issue tracker if you’re comfortable submitting a bug report or feature request (if not, just contact us via email). In addition to creating new issues, you’re invited to comment or upvote any existing issue to give us feedback on what’s important to you.

Tracking what’s new

We have a public changelog where we update new features as they launch. If you see something new in the app and aren’t sure what it is, or just want to follow along with changes as they happen, that’s a good page to check.

If that level of detail is too frequent, we also provide a big-picture update for our blog each month. You can find the latest one easily by searching with the progress tag.

In the future we are considering adding an email subscription for both of these; if this is something you’d like, please let us know.

What’s coming next

Our direction page outlines our high-level strategy for the company, and the where we are now section describes specifically what you can expect next. Please let us know if you’d change anything there, we’d love to hear your feedback.
